Our name

Named after the plant behind every true tea

Camellia sinensis gives us green, oolong, black and every shade between. We take it as our name because it's where everything we make begins: with real leaves, carefully steeped.

We brew locally, in small batches, from whole loose-leaf tea. Each batch is made slowly and to a standard we'd be proud to pour at our own table, then finished with a fine, lively sparkle.
